I'm experiencing serious problems with two pairs of jeans I purchased online from Stradivarius about 6 months ago. One of the products developed hem shifting, while the other showed excessive fading and stretching. Even though I always washed the items following the exact instructions on the label, I can't accept these deformations occurring, and I especially don't find it reasonable that the hem shifting is being treated as user error.Regarding these issues, I contacted customer service repeatedly, but no solution was offered, and no responsibility was taken — I was told the problem stemmed from me. I live in Diyarbakır, and since there are no physical stores here, I can only seek a solution through online orders and customer service; the lack of help throughout this process has left me feeling wronged. My relevant order number is 5034*79, under the recipient name Havva G**.For this reason, I am requesting a refund for the price I paid for the defective jeans. Due to this negative experience, I don't intend to choose this brand again, and I want the matter resolved quickly.
