I Got Banned Right After Depositing ₺20 on Hellcase and Can’t Access My Funds

I deposited $20 into my Hellcase account, and literally one second later, I received a ban message stating:

"You have been banned
Until: 2075-03-06
Reason: until clarification with support."

How is this even possible? I hadn’t even done anything wrong. There was no warning, no suspicious activity on my part, and no explanation other than this vague notice. I immediately contacted support to clarify the issue, but I’ve received no real help or response. Being banned until 2075 is beyond absurd—it’s basically a permanent ban for no reason.

This is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the ₺20 I deposited, since I can’t use the service at all. If there was a problem, why allow the deposit to go through in the first place? Hellcase needs to review this issue immediately and stop unfairly banning users while keeping their money. I expect a prompt resolution or I will escalate this further.
