Heifer Upright Vacuum Nightmare - Faulty Head and Service Issues, No Replacement!

I bought a Heifer upright vacuum cleaner, and it has been giving me troubles since the start. I sent the head to the service center since it was producing unusual noises. They didn't address the problem; instead, they sprayed some stinky oil inside and shipped it back. I mailed it again, hoping for a replacement, because the problem kept happening. I was shocked when they merely changed the spinning section of the head with one from a different model. It was even worse than before. The head was never changed. At that point, I didn't want to waste any more time, so I figured I could at least use it as a simple sweeper. But it didn't work either because the head doesn't move at all. I'm disappointed with how this was handled, and I wish I hadn't trusted this product and service.
