Faulty Tefal Upright Vacuum, Fail to Resolve Issue
The Tefal upright vacuum cleaner I purchased from Media Markt turned out to be faulty. The turbo head was not working, and when I requested a return, my request was denied. I sent the product to service, but it was returned without being fixed and is still defective. Neither Media Markt nor Tefal stands behind the product they sold. I didn’t expect such behavior from a brand like Tefal. They sell a faulty product and then leave the customer to deal with it on their own. The turbo head of the upright vacuum doesn’t work, making it unusable. I’m filing this complaint and asking for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
