HDI Insurance Hasn’t Paid for My Car Repair After Two Months of Waiting

HDI Insurance has been handling my car which was struck from behind. The replacement components arrived two months ago, and now it feels as though I will be waiting another two months for the cash. I have now paid more than 130,000₺ from my pocket, and despite this, none of HDI has contacted me to offer any updates or even inquired as to how things are running. There is appalling lack of contact, and I feel totally overlooked. I'm ready to present my case to insurance arbitration; I had enough of waiting without information. It shouldn't have to come to this merely to get paid back-off for.
