On May 18, 2025, Hay Day charged my card, but I didn’t receive the diamonds I paid for. This is unacceptable—if you’re going to take my money, then deliver what was promised. On top of that, the option to watch videos to speed up production has completely disappeared from my game. I’ve reported these issues multiple times, but instead of providing an actual solution, support just keeps replying with generic messages like “Is the issue still happening?” Yes—it is. And it’s frustrating. I’m not reaching out for small talk—I want this fixed. I’ve paid real money and expect the service to work. Hay Day, stop sending canned responses and resolve this. Credit my diamonds and restore the video boost feature immediately.
