I Paid for Diamonds in Hay Day But Didn’t Receive Anything

I tried to purchase diamonds in Hay Day and entered my card details during checkout. At the time, the app said the transaction didn’t go through and that no money was withdrawn. But when I checked my bank account today, I saw that ₺399 had been deducted under Hay Day.

Despite the charge, no diamonds were added to my Hay Day account. I didn’t receive any error notification or confirmation from Apple or the game. I feel completely cheated—I paid real money and received absolutely nothing in return.

I am extremely disappointed in both Hay Day and the Apple Store for allowing this to happen. I demand an immediate refund or the diamonds I paid for. Please resolve this issue quickly—I won’t let this go unanswered.
