I Face Lost Diamonds in Hay Day After Unwanted Decoration Purchase

I experienced a serious issue with my Hay Day account (#LUYU8YVCU). On October 19, 2025, between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, after placing an item from my stored inventory into my farm, my diamond count suddenly dropped from over 500 to 121. It appears as though my diamonds were spent on a “Pig Train” decoration — even though I never purchased it and had no intention to. This happened completely outside of my control.

I had previously purchased those diamonds with real money, and I still have the receipts for those transactions. After the issue occurred, I contacted Supercell’s customer support team but only received automated responses, with no real assistance. I play the game on an iPhone 11 running iOS, and this problem occurred suddenly without any recent updates or changes.

I request that my missing diamonds be refunded to my account and that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
