I Paid for Diamonds in Mobile Legends but Didn’t Receive Them or Get Support Response
On July 10, 2025, I attempted to take advantage of the 500+500 diamond promotion in Mobile Legends and completed my payment using Papara. The transaction went through successfully, and the money was deducted from my account. However, when I logged back into the game, no diamonds were added to my account.
I immediately contacted the in-game support team, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. It’s been days, and my request has been completely ignored. I followed all the correct steps, made the payment through a legitimate channel, and still ended up with nothing in return.
This is incredibly disappointing. If the diamonds cannot be delivered, then I expect a full refund of my payment. Players shouldn’t be left in the dark or forced to chase down support just to get what they’ve paid for.
Mobile Legends, I’m asking you to either deliver the diamonds I purchased or return my money without further delay. Please take this complaint seriously and resolve the issue promptly.
