I Got Permanently Banned from Happn Despite Using My Real Identity and Can't Rejoin
I signed up for Happn using my real name and personal information, and everything was fine—until suddenly I received a notification saying my account had been banned. I have no idea why this happened. I’ve been locked out for over a year now, and every attempt to rejoin—even using a new email—has been blocked. It’s incredibly frustrating and unfair.
I contacted Happn support multiple times, hoping to understand the reason for the ban, but the only response I’ve received was a vague accusation that I “provided false information,” which is completely untrue. Meanwhile, the platform is flooded with fake profiles using celebrity photos, and those accounts don’t seem to get banned.
Why is my real account permanently blocked while these fake ones are allowed to stay? I’m asking Happn to review and reverse the ban on my account, and allow me to register again if necessary. Please resolve this issue promptly and stop punishing legitimate users while ignoring obvious fake accounts.
