I have been using Happn for a while, and out of nowhere, I was permanently banned for no valid reason. The only explanation I can think of is that my profile picture wasn’t clear enough—which is ridiculous. Meanwhile, many users who fake their age or harass others remain active without consequences.
I have sent multiple emails to resolve this, but I have received no response. No matter what I do, I cannot log in with a different email or phone number either. This is extremely unfair!
I expect Happn to review my account and lift this wrongful ban immediately. Support needs to respond and provide a real solution—I shouldn’t be punished for something so minor!
