I Can’t See My Messages on Happn Even Though I Have an Active Premium Subscription

I’m currently experiencing a major issue with the Happn app: I can no longer view my messages. Previously, I was able to access them without any problems, but now they either don’t load or simply disappear. I’ve tried restarting the app, updating it, and even reinstalling it, but the problem remains.
This is especially frustrating because I have an active Premium subscription, and message access is supposed to be a core feature. I’m paying for a service that I cannot use, and that’s unacceptable. I’m not sure what triggered this issue, but I need it fixed immediately.
I’m formally submitting this complaint and requesting a prompt resolution. Please investigate why my messages have vanished and restore full messaging functionality to my account as soon as possible. I expect a clear explanation and proper support in return for my paid membership.
