Happn matched me with someone and then deleted the chat, how can I recover it?

If your Happn match and chat have disappeared, it's likely that the other user has either blocked you, deactivated, or deleted their account.

According to Happn's Help Center, such actions result in the removal of the conversation from your messages list. Unfortunately, these chats cannot be recovered.

To confirm, try restarting the app or reinstalling it to ensure it's not a technical glitch.

If the chat remains missing, it's probable that the user has taken one of the aforementioned actions.

Remember, Happn does not notify users when someone blocks them or deletes their account.
