Happn Suspended My Account Without Any Reason — No Response From Support

My Happn account has been unnecessarily suspended for about 2–3 weeks, and I have been unable to log in during this entire time. My account is registered with the email address c**********@gmail.com**. I did not receive any explanation or warning about the suspension; I only see a message saying “Your account has been suspended” when I try to log in.
I emailed support and explained the situation in detail. I received an automatic response saying they would get back to me, but I have not received any reply so far. I do not have any paid subscription or active payments on my account.
I am requesting a review of my account, an explanation for this unnecessary suspension, and that my account be reactivated.
