Happn Locked Me Out for No Reason — Lost All Chats and Matches

My Happn account, which I use on my Android phone, was suddenly suspended without any warning or explanation. I haven’t been able to access my account for the past two days, and no reason was provided. I also do not have any payments or a Premium subscription on my account.

Additionally, my communication with someone I was talking to through the app was completely cut off, which has caused me inconvenience.
