My Happn account was suspended without any specific explanation. I received an email listing general terms of use, but it didn’t mention what rule I supposedly violated. I have always followed community guidelines and used the app responsibly, so this sudden suspension came as a complete shock.
I emailed Happn support three separate times asking for clarification and requesting a review of my case, but I haven’t received any reply—not even an automated response. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I feel completely ignored and unfairly punished as a loyal user.
I’m requesting a thorough review of my account and a clear explanation of why it was suspended. If there truly was no violation, I expect my account to be reinstated immediately. If this issue continues to go unresolved, I’m prepared to explore legal options. As a user, I have the right to transparent and fair treatment, and I’m asking Happn to deliver just that without further delay.
