Happn Account Suddenly Unreachable — Tried Everything, Still No Access

I haven’t been able to access my Happn account on my Android device for about two months. When I try to log into my account, which is registered with Be******@gmail.com**, my access is blocked immediately without any warning or explanation. To solve the problem, I tried contacting Happn through Instagram and also emailed their support team as instructed by customer service. However, I have not received any solution, and my account is still not accessible.
I do not have any paid subscription on my account, and I was never notified about any violation of community guidelines. I also tried logging in from different devices and internet connections, but nothing has changed.
I kindly request that my account be reactivated and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved.
