I purchased Hankook Ventus V2 Concept2 tires on November 28, 2023. One of the tires had a defect in manufacturing and burst after only 70 km (5 hours of use). I found myself stuck on the side of the road.

I reached out to the seller and initiated the 3-week warranty procedure. In the end, it was determined that the mistake was made by the user. I disagree with this decision, it was made by just looking at photos without even asking for the tire. I don't reckon it's possible to make a call just by looking at pictures.

The tire blew out on a one-way street. This tire put my life in serious danger. Based on the images, it is evident that the tire burst as a result of wire breaks in the upper section. I'm all set to meet any expert you choose in person.

I wanted to make you aware of this situation. I kindly ask for the required steps to be taken.
