Haier Washer Dryer Frustrating Service

Last Friday, I bought a Haier washing machine and dryer from Media Markt in Izmir. The service team arrived yesterday, but appeared to lack knowledge and experience. They were unable to provide answers to my inquiries without referring to manuals. I had higher expectations for the level of service provided by a brand that is expanding into the Turkish market. They raised doubts about the necessity of the warranty I purchased from Media Markt, but after I expressed my disagreement, they eventually agreed to cancel it. The machines were installed in a shoddy manner, with noticeable gaps and feet that were not stable. The technician insisted that our surge protector from Media Markt was ineffective and recommended purchasing a new one, along with an expensive hose. During the brief trial, water leaked from the hose, but the technician dismissed it. I'm feeling quite apprehensive about using the machines at the moment. They failed to provide proper explanations of the programs, simply instructing me to connect to Wi-Fi. Once the program concluded, I discovered that the door and seal were completely flooded, with unused sponges left inside. Haier's reputation has been negatively affected by the salespeople and their poor service at Media Markt. I kindly request a skilled service team to address the installation problems. Media Markt should prioritize maintaining their reputation as a company that values customer satisfaction by ensuring their staff maintains a high level of professionalism.
