Placed Two Orders Over The Weekend From The H&M Turkey App
I've been using the H&M Turkey app to place my orders lately, so I bought a couple of things over the weekend, but they're not showing up in my online order history. The payment got taken out of my bank account, but it looks like the orders didn't go through or anything. I feel like I got ripped off, who wouldn't??? I tried really hard to get in touch with customer service about this problem. But I couldn't get in touch with them no matter how hard I tried. I waited for like an hour and no one helped me, nobody even bothered to respond or give me any support. when you have to deal with terrible customer service just because of a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place just unfortunate for me... I should get what I paid for, right? Or if not, I should at least get my money back.
