H&M Charged My Card but Never Created My Order
On December 14, 2025, at around 10:08 PM, I placed an order for a pair of sweatpants through the H&M mobile app for approximately $20. Although the payment was successfully charged to my card, no order appears in the “My Orders” section of the app.
The transaction and payment are clearly visible in my bank/card activity. However, since no order number was created in the H&M app, I’m currently unable to track the product or access any order details.
My request from H&M is that the order corresponding to this completed payment be properly created in the system and the product be shipped to me, or, if necessary, that you contact me directly to clarify and resolve the situation.
