H&M 5 Pack Men Boxer Quality Problem, Black Ones Pilled and Practically Unwearable
I bought a set of boxers from H&M labeled as a '5 pack,' each in five different colors - one black, one dark lilac, one smoke grey, and two in light shades. However, the black ones, when exposed to moisture and sweat, clump together and stick to the body, rendering them practically unwearable. This issue persists even after washing them three times. Since we don't purchase these products from a local market but expect quality by buying from H&M, to be precise, I'd like to exchange the problematic black and lilac ones for the grey ones. If your black products are of such poor quality, why force people into this situation by packaging them alongside lighter colors? Perhaps some of us prefer wearing lighter shades. If you sell two poor-quality black items alongside three quality ones, it's not a '5 pack' but rather a '3 pack.' I feel deceived, and I kindly request a resolution to my dissatisfaction.
