H&M T-Shirts Shrank & Ripped After One Wash
On June 1, 2025, I bought three oversized t-shirts from your H&M store in İçerenköy City's AVM, Istanbul: one brown, one pink, and one black. I haven't even worn the brown one yet; I dread to see what happens to it.
The black t-shirt I wore only once, and after just one wash, it shrank so drastically it became two sizes smaller! I've attached photos showing the two t-shirts bought on the same day, both supposedly XL, laid on top of each other to highlight the shocking difference. To make matters worse, the pink t-shirt developed tiny holes all over it after the very first wash!
What kind of products are these, seriously? Even t-shirts bought from a local market wouldn't use such cheap fabric. This is completely unacceptable for a brand like H&M. If your prices were cheap, maybe I could overlook it, but these issues shouldn't happen with ₺100 t-shirts! This is an insult to Turkish consumers.
H&M, you need to rectify this immediately! Refund me for these defective t-shirts or replace them with items of actual quality. Stop selling such low-quality garments and take responsibility for your products!
