On July 20, 2025, I ordered a trench coat from Shein (Order Code: GSO1C912X002RN1). It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my order. Shein’s email updates state that the item was delivered but could not be handed over because I was not at home, and they advised me to contact the local logistics company.
The problem is, I have no information about which courier company supposedly has my package. Shein has not provided any tracking details or clear instructions on how to proceed. I have sent multiple emails to Shein customer service, but the responses I received were vague and unhelpful, leaving me with no way to resolve the situation.
I paid ₺1,257.46 by credit card for this order, and I now feel completely let down by the lack of transparency and support. I request an immediate refund of the full amount and expect Shein to address this issue promptly so that customers are not left in the dark about their deliveries.
