iyzico Charged Me Monthly Without My Consent and Ignored My Refund Request
For an extended period, ₺39 has been charged to my credit card by iyzico without my approval. I observed that this charge occurs on the 24th of each month. I request a prompt refund of my funds and the cancellation of this unauthorised subscription. I submitted a complaint regarding this issue a month back, but I still haven't heard anything. Now, it appears my complaint has vanished completely. I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility and the poor communication surrounding this issue. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I strongly encourage iyzico to take immediate action to resolve it.
