On December 21, 2024, I made a purchase worth ₺4830 on Clinique Türkiye and paid through Iyzico. However, my order is not visible in the "My Orders" section on their website. Despite the payment being immediately deducted from my card, there is no record of my purchase in their system.
This lack of transparency and inefficiency is unacceptable for a reputable brand like Clinique. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue, including locating my order or processing a full refund. Please prioritize resolving this matter and provide an explanation for this inconvenience.
