Gucci GG0008S Sunglasses Break Without Any Impact

I purchased a pair of Gucci GG0008S sunglasses from the Atasun online store. In October 2025, while I was using the sunglasses normally and was inside my car, the end of the temple suddenly broke off on its own, without any impact, drop, or other physical damage. This situation was extremely disappointing to me, both in terms of the product's quality and my confidence in using it.

Considering the reputation and value of a brand like Gucci, as well as Atasun's commitment to customer satisfaction, I request that the broken part at the end of the temple of my sunglasses be repaired.
