Gucci Sunglasses Don’t Fit Properly – Requesting Immediate Exchange

I recently purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses that don’t fit my face properly. When I first noticed the issue, a friend attempted to adjust them and advised me to "wear them for a while" as they would eventually fit better. Unfortunately, that never happened, and they remained uncomfortable.

Due to work commitments, I was unable to return them immediately, but I finally left them at the store for inspection about 15 days ago. I’m now waiting for a response and hoping Gucci will approve an exchange. I request a swift decision, as I cannot use these sunglasses and would appreciate a solution soon.
