Prada Sunglasses Temple Logo Detailing Falls Off Shortly After Purchase

On April 22, 2026, my spouse bought me a pair of Prada sunglasses from a Sunglass Hut store as a birthday present. Yesterday, while using the sunglasses, the brand detailing with the Prada lettering on the temple fell off, which ruined the appearance of the product and is unacceptable given the brand and the price we paid.

When I called the store, they informed me that they would contact the brand and respond within approximately two weeks to provide an answer. However, I am going on vacation this week, and I do not want to wait two weeks for an issue occurring on a product that cost so much money. Ultimately, I am the aggrieved party, and I want to use the product without issues.

I demand that a permanent and satisfactory solution be provided for my sunglasses as soon as possible without delay, and that a swift repair or replacement be carried out if necessary.
