Grundig! My washing machine was not spinning during the warranty period, so I called service. The service arrived on time and on the scheduled day. They informed me that the pump had broken and that a replacement part was required, and they arrived the next day with a new pump. The service worker, on the other hand, claimed that the pump was fine and that a button element had fallen out of the machine, and demanded 480 ₺ from me. The service call fee was 260 ₺, but the 480 ₺ I was charged was not recorded in the system. When I started the machine today, it spilled all the water on the floor, soaking all of my parquets. I attempted to wipe and dry the floor but was unable to do so due to an electrical discharge. I lost my parquet while attempting to resolve a washing machine problem under warranty, and my machine is still malfunctioning! When I contacted Grundig customer service, they told me that "they will visit you at a convenient time," and despite the fact that all of the water had spilled and the floors were swollen, I had to wait until it was convenient for them!
