Grundig TV Screen Replacement Didn’t Fix Shadowing Issue

I purchased my Grundig 65GGU8960 model television on April 3, 2023, from the MediaMarkt store in Ankara. For about the past month, I have been experiencing a persistent shadowing issue on the screen, which significantly affects my viewing experience, especially on such a large display.
On February 18, 2026, authorized service technicians came to inspect the product. The screen was replaced; however, the shadowing problem was not resolved in any way and continues exactly as before. I was also disturbed by the service team’s statement that this type of issue is considered “normal” in large-screen televisions, because I do not accept that such a defect should be considered normal in a relatively new product.
Despite the issue I am experiencing, the authorized service has remained unresponsive. My service requests were closed without informing me, and even though I submitted a request to Grundig directly, no one has contacted me regarding a resolution.
Although my television is still under warranty and the screen has already been replaced, the issue has not been fixed. Because the product is defective and the problem persists despite service intervention and my formal requests, I am demanding that my television be replaced with a new, defect-free unit in order to resolve my grievance.
After my post about the issue, I received a call saying they would look into it and that notes would be taken to forward to the company's officials, but after a week there has been no progress, and being ignored clearly shows how unreliable and customer‑oriented the company really is. Do not choose Grundig products; I think there's no point in humiliating yourself with your money.
They contacted me on behalf of the company and said that the regional manager did not approve the product replacement. Making this decision without even seeing my product is proof of how ethical the regional responsible person or the authority that denied approval is. A company that refuses to approve a product replacement and forces me to use a faulty product reflects a corporate mindset. You are a company so far from corporate business ethics that you cannot admit the fault of the product you produced.
