I purchased an LG OLED65C46 TV on November 16, 2024, from an authorized LG dealer. The TV was installed by LG’s authorized service team on November 19, 2024. However, just two weeks later, the screen suddenly went black while watching it in the evening.
I contacted LG service and scheduled a repair appointment. On December 10, 2024, the service team inspected the TV, concluded it needed to be replaced, and took the TV with them. The next day, I received a call from the Aydın LG service center claiming that the TV’s panel was broken and blamed me for the damage, declaring it out of warranty.
I contacted LG’s main office, only to be told that “the service team’s statement is final,” and my concerns as a customer were dismissed. Despite paying approximately ₺80,000 for this TV, I am now being held responsible for damage caused by the service team.
LG’s failure to protect its customers from service errors is unacceptable. If you’re considering purchasing LG products, think twice. They prioritize the service team's claims over their customers and are quick to shift the blame. I demand a resolution and expect LG to take accountability for their service’s actions.
