Misleading TV Purchase: Grundig 65 Ghu 8500a - IPS Panel Claim Fails, Seeking Resolution

As a conscious and somewhat understanding consumer, I decided to buy a TV with an IPS panel. I went to Teknosa, Media Markt and Vatan. The sales representatives of the 3 big companies said that the Grundig 65 Ghu 8500a TV is IPS production and that there will be absolutely no loss of image or light from the side, but they all said the same thing. They came to the installation at 15:30 on November 15, 2023, and although they asked, they did not even bring a wall bracket. While the staff was waiting with the TV, I installed my own bracket because they kept telling me how many more places they would go to, creating an atmosphere of panic. They set it up, opened it, introduced the TV from the front, and in short, they left immediately. Then, when I looked at it from 1 meter from the side, I was shocked and the color and image faded. I immediately called customer service and told them. There is still no solution. The main issue is that there is no statement that enlightens the consumer. This is the company's mistake, there is no statement about IPS or Va on the invoice or on the box. If it had been a box labeled Va, I would have sent it back unopened anyway. The second coming service had a very good solution (Zümrütevler service) Consumer Arbitration Committee. I request and request that it be taken care of as soon as possible. Respects.
