Philips 55Oled707 TV Replacement Request

I purchased a Philips 55Oled707 model TV from Vatan Bilgisayar in Sultanbeyli on February 23, 2023. The installation was completed on February 24, 2023, but when I began watching TV, it kept turning off and entering screen cleaning mode for hours before returning to normal. Even when I pressed the power button first thing in the morning, it didn't turn on and remained in screen cleaning mode for several hours. A few days later, the service team arrived and informed me that it is normal for the TV to enter screen cleaning mode on occasion and suggested that I take the TV to their service center to be checked out. They checked it out and told me it was a software problem, so they loaded new software onto the TV. They held it for a few days to monitor it before informing me that it was ready to be picked up on March 11, 2023, following the final check. However, when they returned it, the TV still had the same problem. The technician quickly pressed the power button several times to stop the screen cleaning and assured me that everything was fine. But when the same problem occurred the next day, I recorded a video of it and sent it to the service team. They arrived on March 15, 2023, and said they were starting the return process, but they needed approval for the replacement. My daily routine has been disrupted since I purchased the TV about a month ago. I trust the Philips brand, but this experience has left me disappointed. I'm hoping they can fix this problem quickly and get me a new TV that works properly.
