Grundig CG 6861 Paint Peeling After Second Use - No Response From Support


On 19.11.2025, I purchased a Grundig CG 6861 small household appliance from Migros Sanal Market. Unfortunately, the product’s paint started to peel off and scratches appeared already on the second use, which has caused me to lose my trust in the product’s quality and durability. After noticing the paint peeling problem, I contacted both Migros and Grundig customer service, but I have not yet received any response from either side. I find it unacceptable that a product deteriorates this quickly in such a short time and that my complaint remains unanswered. Due to the early and clear quality problem of the product, I request a full refund for the purchase price of the Grundig CG 6861. I kindly ask that my complaint be urgently evaluated and that the refund process be initiated as soon as possible.
