Tefal 24 cm Ceramic Pan Issue: Scratches After One Week
I purchased a Tefal 24 cm ceramic pan, and despite hand washing it, I noticed scratches forming within just one week of use. On June 3, 2024, I submitted the pan to the authorized service center, Grup Teknik Kızılay, for inspection. However, it has now been two months, and my product is still under review with tracking code GT 36276173359.
I have visited several service centers, but I have been informed that there has been no progress on my case. Tefal is creating further distress with this lengthy inspection process, adding to the initial issue. It is unacceptable for a company of this stature to take two months for a review request. What would happen if this were a product with no replacement available at home?
This experience suggests that if you bring a Tefal product into your home, you should be prepared for potential issues.
