


On June 29, 2024, I purchased the most expensive LG A++ 931L No Frost refrigerator available at the LG store, thinking I was buying a top-quality product. But shortly after, I noticed paint peeling and coating coming off the door, even though the protective plastic film is still on the unit.
It’s been only 9 months, and the fridge already looks damaged and worn. When I contacted LG Türkiye customer service, they offered no real support and told me to simply keep using it like that. That’s unacceptable for such a premium-priced appliance.
If this is the level of service LG provides, I strongly urge others to reconsider buying from this brand. LG, I expect a proper resolution—not excuses. Either repair or replace the door panel immediately. I refuse to keep using a refrigerator that looks defective and neglected straight from the showroom.
