Free Fire Max Bans Longtime Player Without Explanation

I have been playing Free Fire Max on my Android device for approximately five years, and my account with the in-game ID 22392* was banned without any valid reason shown on the screen. When I try to log in, I only see that the account has been banned, with no explanation such as third-party app usage or any rule violation.

Over these five years, I have spent approximately $117 on this account and invested a significant amount of time and effort into developing it. I have never violated any rules.

I respectfully request that my account be reviewed in detail, and if no genuine violation is found, that the ban be lifted.
