Free Fire Max Account Banned Without Reason After Five Years

I have been playing Free Fire Max on my Android device for about 5 years, and my account with in‑game ID 2239202827 was suddenly banned without any valid reason shown on the screen. When I tried to log in, I only saw that the account was banned, but there was no explanation such as using third‑party applications or violating rules. During these 5 years I have spent approximately 5000 on this account and invested a lot of time and effort to improve it. I do not use cheats, hacks or any unfair tools, and I have always tried to play the game honestly. That is why this sudden and unexplained ban is very upsetting and feels unfair to me.
