Green Motion Rental Agreement Issues and Poor Customer Service

I went to the Green Motion Ataşehir office to pick up a mid-range Egea Diesel automatic car that I had reserved a month ago. After checking, they said they couldn't give me the car. When I asked why, they responded that since it was my first time renting from them, they could only offer me a manual economy car. I called them several times, suggesting they check my Findeks score and cancel my reservation if necessary. They insisted I come to the office, only to leave me disappointed. Do not go there or rent from them. Instead, look for companies that check the Findeks score over the phone. They left me stranded just before the holiday.
