Greenmotion Car Rental Issue with Findeks Score

I rented a car from Greenmotion's Ankara Esenboğa branch through Obilet. When I went to pick up the car, they told me they couldn't give it to me due to my Findeks score, leaving me in a difficult situation. I had called and inquired about this four days earlier. Unlike other car rental companies, they could have checked the Findeks score beforehand and given a positive or negative response to avoid any issues. I recommend not taking this risk. The employees seemed robotic, as if they were forced to be there. I contacted the company I usually rent from, and I will be picking up a rental car from them tomorrow.
