Gratis Has Not Prepared My Order for Store Pickup in 6 Days

I placed my order PR24086084 with Gratis 6 days ago and chose the in-store pickup option. However, my order is still marked as “order received” and has not been prepared. I specifically selected store pickup for faster processing, yet no progress has been made. Previously, I also experienced issues with Gratis sending incomplete or defective products. When I contacted customer service, they stated that they do not provide service on weekends or public holidays, but I placed my order at the beginning of the week, and after 6 days, no action has been taken. I paid ₺1,290 online by card. I am concerned that they may delay my order until the campaign ends and then remove items from stock, sending me incomplete products. I request that my order be prepared immediately without any missing items, sent to the store, and that I be notified promptly to collect it.
