Gratis Hasn't Prepared My In-Store Pickup Order After 5 Days

I placed an order with Gratis five days ago, and my order status is still "being prepared." I intentionally selected to pick up my products from the store, so there is no shipping involved. I don't understand why it is taking so long to prepare just three things. All that remains is to put them in a bag and notify me that they are ready for pickup. This delay is quite annoying, especially since I had expected a much faster process for in-store pickup. I am demanding that Gratis rectify this delay as soon as possible, as I had trusted them to provide a seamless and speedy service. I'm hoping this issue is resolved and I may pick up my stuff shortly.
