I Still Haven’t Received My Gratis Order After 3 Days – No Shipping Update

I placed an order on Gratis on July 19, and today is July 21, yet my order still shows as "received" on the system. It hasn't even been handed over to the shipping company. I find this extremely frustrating. It’s been three full days, and not only has the package not arrived—it hasn’t even been shipped.
There is no communication, no tracking update, and no explanation from Gratis about the delay. I ordered expecting standard delivery times, but it seems like no action has been taken at all. This kind of customer service is simply unacceptable from a brand as large as Gratis.
I request an immediate update on my order status (Order No: PR22651025) and that it be dispatched without any further delay. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with consumer rights authorities.
