Gratis Delayed My Order for Weeks and Customer Service Kept Stalling
The order I placed from Gratis on August 24th still hasn't arrived and is stuck at the "received" stage. Despite calling customer service multiple times, they keep stalling by saying "There's a delay, it will be sent shortly." I was supposed to have it in hand this week. I don’t want to return the products, but if they don’t arrive by the end of this week, I won’t hesitate to file complaints with all relevant authorities and expose this on all social platforms. I’m not the only one experiencing this issue—many others have gone through the same, and even their problems haven't been resolved. I’ve lost count of how many complaints I’ve written. All they do is stall. After this order is finally delivered, I will never order from Gratis again.
