Gratis Delayed My Online Order of Four Lipsticks and Did Not Prepare It

On August 27, 2025, I ordered four lipsticks from Gratis’s online store (Order No: PR23980456). The total amount of my order was ₺326, and I selected their branch on Gazi Street in Giresun Merkez as the delivery address. However, even after five days, my order still shows as “Order Received” and has not even started being prepared. I called customer service two days ago, and they told me nothing could be done except marking my order as urgent. Unfortunately, there has been no progress since that call. I had experienced a similar delay before, where my order was delivered in 8 days. Such long delivery times and indifferent responses are very disappointing. There is no campaign or warranty issue with my order. I expect my products to be prepared and delivered as soon as possible.
