Gratis Failed to Deliver My Online Order on Time

On August 31, 2025, I placed an order worth ₺171 through Gratis Online and selected the Gratis store inside 212 AVM for in-store pickup. However, my order has still not been delivered, and I am experiencing problems due to the very slow delivery process. Since I will be traveling out of town soon, I urgently need my products. As I will be leaving Istanbul in 4 days, it is especially important that my order reaches the store as quickly as possible. I have experienced similar delays with in-store pickup orders before, and I am concerned because this issue has happened again. I request that my order be delivered to the store immediately and that my grievance be resolved.
