On August 27, 2025, at 02:10 AM, I deposited ₺600 into my GrandPasha Casino account using the Turbo Havale method. The amount was deducted from my bank account, and I have the receipt as proof of payment. However, the funds never appeared in my casino balance. My username is Seyyar1*.
I immediately contacted customer service and even sent them the deposit slip, but I have not received any response or resolution. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a platform that handles financial transactions.
I have never experienced such a problem before on this site. I demand that my ₺600 deposit be credited to my account without any further delay. If my issue is ignored, I will make sure to raise this matter on every platform available to me.
