Grammarly Premium Charged ₺144 Instead of ₺12—No Refund Offered

Grammarly misled me into thinking I was paying a one-time monthly fee of ₺12 for Premium, but after entering my payment details, they charged my credit card ₺144 for an entire year! Now, despite immediately canceling the subscription, they refuse to issue a refund. This is deceptive pricing and completely unacceptable. I would never have subscribed if they had clearly stated it was an annual charge upfront. Grammarly needs to take responsibility for this misleading practice and issue a full refund. I urge them to fix this issue and offer refunds to others who have been similarly misled. Has anyone else faced this problem? Let’s hold them accountable!
