Grammarly Charged Me ₺144 Without Reminder – Refund Request Denied

I signed up for Grammarly’s 7-day free trial, expecting a reminder before they charged me. However, they deducted ₺144 from my bank account without any notification! Like many users, I forgot the exact renewal date, but as soon as I realized the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription. Despite this, Grammarly refuses to refund the amount for 2025, even though I won’t be using their service. This is unfair and feels like a deliberate tactic to trap users into unwanted charges. Grammarly must process my refund as I acted in good faith and canceled right away. If they continue ignoring such complaints, I will report this issue to Consumer Rights authorities. Has anyone managed to get a refund from them?
